Behind the Yellow Jersey
Team Rynkeby is driven by the Team Rynkeby Foundation, a non-profit organization registered in Denmark. The foundation unites the project across countries, teams, and participants, allowing us to work with shared values, a common direction, and the same purpose.
A common international framework
Team Rynkeby Foundation is the organization behind Team Rynkeby. The Foundation's board sets the strategic direction and oversees its work. The daily operations are managed by the director in collaboration with the country leaders, who are responsible for Team Rynkeby in the countries where the project is represented. The country leaders act as a link between the Foundation and the local teams.
Although we collaborate across borders, we cherish the uniqueness of the local teams. They have their own roots in the community, their own sponsors, and their own riders on the bikes.
Our strength lies in our diversity. Everyone involved with Team Rynkeby brings something to the table. We have different roles and varied backgrounds, but each contribution is a piece of the larger community fighting for the same cause.
Local teams with clear roles
It all starts at the local teams – and culminates together in Paris. The teams are led by a captain and a local steering group, who together are responsible for the team's efforts throughout the season. The steering group is made up of participants with diverse skills and areas of responsibility – including finance, sponsorship, public relations, service, training, and planning.
In this way, various experiences and strengths are brought into play, and the participants work together to ensure the success of both the team and the season.
Team Rynkeby relies on both riders and support staff, and everyone plays a role in helping the team navigate a successful season.
Team Rynkeby Cycling Club
Once you've been a part of Team Rynkeby, the team spirit never quite fades away.
Through the Team Rynkeby Cycling Club, connections are maintained within the strong network of former riders and supporters. The club allows old friends to keep their ties to the project and continue supporting the local teams.
Each cycling club is led by a local TRCC Manager, appointed by the team captain and the country manager in close collaboration. This way, years of experience are passed on to the new teams, strengthening the project for the future.

The Structure of the Organization
Team Rynkeby is built on a strong organization, where everyone works towards the same goal. The Team Rynkeby Foundation sets the strategic direction and supports the project across countries.
At the local teams, it is the team captains and steering groups who are responsible for the daily management and for creating the best conditions throughout the season.
